The old railroad station in Warrenton is now a restaurant, Claire’s at the Depot. We had dinner there on August 3rd, 2012. The caboose, still on tracks, rests silently at the kitchen back door.

This caught my eye while I was out for an icy run in Boston, Massachusetts, February 2007. It’s the John Hancock Tower, but so far I am unable to name the statue. Too bad I didn’t also snap the nameplate. Click the pic to enlarge. |
